Where do you go from here?! At this last session of PATHS Forward 2022, participants will reflect on their experiences, review what they have learned and how they have grown, and make clear plans for how to move forward.
PATHS Forward Session Seven: Know Your Predecessors & Opportunities
After spending months hearing from leaders from various sectors and learning about leadership, you have to know what is next which starts with hearing from who came before. This session’s panel includes PATHS Forward alumni as well as representatives from local organizations where participants can stay connected.

PATHS Forward Session Five: Know Your Community- Non-Profits
Almost every community is undergirded by the non-profit organizations who fill the gaps. This session’s panel will be populated by non-profit leaders who are are ready to share about community engagement and identities.
TCL Lead Small Business & Leadership Conference
This inaugural Small Business & Leadership Conference brings a development opportunity like none before to Fort Worth, Texas. There are four tracks, so there is something for YOU! If you are a team leader, an executive leader, a small business owner (or aspiring), or just someone looking to develop themselves, you need to make your way to this conference. Also, if you have something to share, call for proposals will go out March 1st!
PATHS Forward Session Four: Know Your Community- Education
Quality education is the foundation of any strong community. This session’s panel is dedicated to hearing from education leaders at multiple levels from college presidents and school principles, to classroom teachers, and school board representatives.
PATHS Forward Session Three: Know Government
A part of meaningful leadership and engagement in a community includes being civically responsible and tuned in, so this session’s panel is focused on hearing from key elected representatives and learning about how to get and stay meaningfully engaged.
TCL lead Mentoring Mid-Program Check-In
Cohort participants will have a chance to come together, calibrate, and connect as well as assess their journey so far and create a plan of intention moving forward.
PATHS Forward Session Two: Know the Chamber
As a program of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, this session’s panel is dedicated to getting to know more about the chamber, the vision, and how to get engaged.
PATHS Forward Kick-Off Session One: Know Yourself
At this opening session, participants will get acquainted with one another and the program. We will also spend time discussing communication and leadership styles and many other introductory topics.
