  • My PATHS Forward experience was incredible! I didn't know the impact the class would have on me as a whole. I don't believe in coincidences or happenstances and everyone in my cohort class was meant to come into connection with one another. They taught me something valuable just by sharing their wisdom and being vulnerable in the time we shared together.   • I attended the Social Justice Training Institute last summer and this experience has been the closest it's come to really reaching people at all levels and engaging genuinely in this content of race / social justice. It wasn't dry or clinical. It also wasn't too free form so that we all felt lost and ungrounded. It was a nice balance of all the ways of teaching and facilitating and I appreciate it tremendously. Because not everyone can afford to go to a week-long in-person training but most folks can commit to doing an online workshop. But for an online workshop to be deeply impactful is a rarity, so congrats and again, thank you!

The Cole Lab's workshop was by far the most productive and inspiring. I left not only with action items, but with a sense that the work does not have to be overwhelming.
